All lubricating oils are according to their chemical composition and different external environmental conditions, and have different degrees of tendency to auto-oxidize. Natural mineral oil has its unavoidable defects, the heat resistance is better than that of synthetic oil, and the composition of pump oil and thermal oxidative decomposition are easy to deteriorate. Generally, the oxidation test method of pure mineral oil D943 is about several hundred hours, while the D943 of synthetic oil can be extended to Over 3000 hours. It can be seen that its service life is prolonged.
9. Anti-emulsification of vacuum pump oil
During the operation of the vacuum pump, the water and the air-conditioning system discharge the pump oil. If the anti-emulsification of the vacuum pump oil is not good, it will form an emulsion that mixes with the water, and the water is not easily released at the bottom of the circulating water tank, which may lead to the reduction of the vacuum degree and Poor lubrication.
Demulsibility is a very important physicochemical property of industrial lubricants. Especially in medical, food, ceramic and other industrial vacuum drying processes, the anti-emulsification properties of pump oils are more important. The pump oil with good oil-water separation capability of demulsification, the water vapor condenses the gas by opening the valve, and part of the water vapor will be discharged. In addition, the low viscosity oil of the pump is better than the high viscosity pump oil.
10. Anti-foaming property of vacuum pump oil
During the operation of the vacuum pump, due to the presence of air, foam is often generated, especially oil contains surface active additives, it is more likely to generate foam, and the foam is not easy to disappear. The use of lubricating oil to produce foam will damage the oil film, not only sinter the friction surface or increase wear, but also promote the oxidation of the lubricating oil. The operating gas of the vacuum system will be continuously discharged through the exhaust gas of the vacuum pump oil seal, a large amount of foam on the oil surface, and the oil pollution and equipment caused by the overflow loss of the pump from the exhaust hole. Adding anti-foaming agent pump oil, the anti-foaming effect is significantly improved.
