Selection of vacuum degree: define the vacuum degree required for the actual operation of the working condition, which is often referred to as the vacuum degree requirement. For example, in the blister industry, it is required to reach -0.7MPa, and the vacuum pressure value when selecting a vacuum pump must reach at least -0.9MPa. Therefore, when we choose a vacuum pump, the choice of vacuum degree is usually higher than the vacuum value of the vacuum equipment by half or an order of magnitude.   Vacuum pump pumping speed: The so-called pumping speed is the other quantity value pumped by a cross-sectional area within a specified time. The larger the pumping speed, the less time it takes for the container to reach the vacuum value. Otherwise, it is slower. The range of the pumping speed should consider the container and the pipeline. (l/s)   Operating conditions of vacuum pump: The so-called operating conditions are mainly to identify the composition of the air in the process, whether the gas contains condensable vapor, whether there is particle dust, whether there is corrosiveness, etc. When choosing a vacuum pump, you need to know the gas composition and select the corresponding pump for the gas to be pumped. If the gas contains vapor, particles, and corrosive gases, it should be considered to install auxiliary equipment such as condensers, dust collectors, etc. on the inlet pipeline of the pump.   The external environment that the working conditions need to meet: The external environment is mainly the environmental requirements of the actual application site, such as: noise, pollution, etc. Different types of pumps should be determined according to the requirements of the actual situation.   Consideration of the actual price of the vacuum pump and subsequent maintenance costs: The purchase cost and maintenance cost are another key factor in determining the purchase.
